Horopito and Kawakawa
Native horopito leaves and kawakawa berries deliver a spicy, peppery kick. The horopito & kawakawa are ground with the 66% cacao Papua New Guinea chocolate for a smooth and creamy mouthfeel.
A rich, dark, coffee hit, with crunchy pieces of cacao nib and a hint of sweet vanilla in a base of 70% cacao Papua New Guinea chocolate.
Strong, earthy and surprisingly creamy. This chocolate is the exception to the two-ingredient rule. It’s made from nothing but cacao beans. If you’re serious about sugar free this is the gold-plated version.
Dark, fruity and delicate. This bar is definitely fruity, but it’s not as intense as the 66% PNG. There’s a subtle citrus tang and a gentle raspberry finish.
